Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Vector3 ("we," "us") handles information in connection with robloxgametrailers.com and our trailer production services. The short version: we collect only what we need to make your trailer and get paid, we don't sell your information, and payments never touch our servers.

Information we collect

• Order information. When you purchase through our checkout, Stripe collects your name, email address, billing details, and payment method on their hosted payment page. We never see or store your card number — we receive only your name, email, and order confirmation from Stripe.
• Project details. After ordering, you share your game link, studio name, and creative direction through our intake form so we can produce your trailer.
• Correspondence. If you email us or book a call, we keep that correspondence and the contact details you share.

What we don't collect

This website does not set cookies of its own, does not run advertising trackers, and does not require an account. We don't collect data from your Roblox account beyond the public game information you point us to.

Third-party services

A few services we rely on may process your data under their own privacy policies:

• Stripe processes all payments (Stripe privacy policy).
• Vimeo hosts the trailers embedded on this site. Our embeds use Vimeo's Do-Not-Track mode, so watching them here doesn't build a Vimeo tracking profile (Vimeo privacy policy).
• Calendly handles scheduling if you book a call (Calendly privacy policy).
• Google Fonts serves this site's typefaces, which involves your browser requesting font files from Google (Google privacy policy).

How we use your information

• To produce and deliver the trailer you ordered
• To communicate about your project, revisions, and delivery
• To respond to questions and scope larger projects
• To keep records we're legally required to keep (like payment records)

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't send marketing emails you didn't ask for.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers listed above, as needed to run the business, or if the law requires it. Client work we showcase (like trailers and testimonials) is published with the client's permission.

Retention

We keep order records and project files as long as we need them for business and legal purposes. If you'd like your project files or personal information deleted, email us and we'll take care of it unless we're required to retain it.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email jake@vectorthree.dev and we'll respond promptly. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/EEA, UK, or California), you may have additional rights under local law, and we'll honor them.

Children's privacy

Our services are for game studios and developers and are not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you're under 18, please involve a parent or guardian in any purchase. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy — for example, when we introduce new services or features — we'll update this page and the effective date above.
